The Barfoot & Schoettker Difference

Since our inception we have dedicated ourselves exclusively to civil and criminal litigation. This has allowed us to develop a high level of expertise in these two important areas of the law. It has been our greatest reward to have helped individuals with very serious personal injury and criminal defense cases obtain favorable results.

Our office is located in Montgomery, Alabama. Being located in Central Alabama has allowed us to effectively serve clients throughout the entire state of Alabama.

We want out clients to be involved in the decision making process and to have a full understanding of how the law affects their case.

We are not a large firm and we don't want to be. Some large firms use one-size-fits-all, cookie cutter techniques as they churn through a heavy volume of cases.
